About the Role
As a Construction Manager for High Voltage power delivery projects, you'll oversee all aspects of project execution on complex electrical infrastructure assignments. You'll work with utilities, municipalities, and engineering-procurement-construction firms to ensure safe, timely, quality completion of transmission line, distribution system, and substation construction work. This role demands strong leadership, technical knowledge of high voltage operations, and an unwavering commitment to site safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily construction activities, supervise field crews, and coordinate timing with project schedules and milestones
- Enforce safety protocols, maintain compliance with OSHA and electrical safety standards, and conduct regular site inspections
- Manage material procurement, equipment logistics, and subcontractor coordination
- Track project budget, document work progress, and communicate status to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and clients to resolve field challenges and maintain quality standards
- Maintain detailed records of work completed, incidents, and regulatory compliance
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing construction teams in electrical infrastructure or high voltage power delivery
