About the Role
As the Safety Coordinator - High Voltage Power Delivery at ROI Agency, you will serve as the on-site safety authority for high voltage power delivery work in the US. Spending the bulk of your time in the field, you will nurture a resilient safety culture while keeping operations aligned with federal and state regulations, client expectations, and internal company standards. Your focus is straightforward but vital: stop accidents, injuries, and property loss before they happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on safety guidance and leadership directly at project sites
- Verify ongoing compliance with government rules, client mandates, and ROI Agency policies and procedures
- Carry out site inspections, safety reviews, and job hazard assessments
- Plan and lead practical safety training for crews and personnel
- Identify risks early and put preventive measures in place to protect people and equipment
- Promote and sustain a proactive, accountability-driven safety mindset across teams
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of occupational safety regulations and compliance practices, ideally within high voltage or power delivery environments
- Comfort working primarily on active job sites rather than behind a desk
- Strong communication skills to train, coach, and influence field crews
- A detail-oriented, prevention-first approach to hazard recognition and incident avoidance
- Willingness and ability to work full-time on-site at locations across the US
