Join Acxiom as an Attorney in our Grandview Heights, Franklin County office, where you'll play a critical role protecting the organization's legal interests while enabling strategic business growth. This is a full-time position designed for a skilled legal professional ready to drive compliance, manage complex contracts, and support our operations team.

Role Overview

As an Attorney with Acxiom, you'll be a cornerstone of our legal department, advising leadership and operating teams on business-critical matters. Your work spans contract management, regulatory strategy, and dispute resolution—all while maintaining close partnerships with Privacy, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure legal considerations align with company priorities. You'll translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business guidance, identify and mitigate legal risks, and contribute to shaping how Acxiom navigates an evolving compliance landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage contract negotiations across commercial agreements, data licensing, service arrangements, and vendor relationships
• Assess and advise on regulatory compliance obligations across relevant jurisdictions and industry standards
• Direct dispute resolution and litigation strategy, including investigation, settlement negotiation, and trial support
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Privacy, and Sales teams to identify legal risks and embed compliance into business processes
• Draft, review, and refine legal documents, policies, and agreements to reflect company standards and risk tolerance
• Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations, briefing stakeholders on impacts to company operations

What You Bring

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar license in the United States (or ability to obtain one)
• Minimum of 5–8 years of in-house or law-firm experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, or compliance
• Strong track record managing contract negotiations, regulatory matters, or litigation
• Ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to non-lawyer executives and cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills
• Experience with data-related regulatory regimes is a strong plus
