Senior Director, Data & AI Advisory

Acxiom is hiring a Senior Director, Data & AI Advisory in Penbrook, Dauphin County, to spearhead our Data & AI Advisory team and shape how leading brands convert their data and AI investments into real business outcomes.

About the Role

As Senior Director, Data & AI Advisory, you will head the Advisory team that sits within Acxiom's wider Data & AI Services practice. This is a senior consulting leadership position based on-site in Penbrook, Dauphin County, and is not a remote role. You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding organizations on how to translate customer data, identity, platforms, analytics, and artificial intelligence into measurable value — all while helping grow and scale a fast-expanding advisory business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Acxiom's Data & AI Advisory team as part of the broader Data & AI Services practice.
• Counsel senior client leaders on strategies that turn customer data, identity, platforms, analytics, and AI into quantifiable business results.
• Serve as a credible, trusted advisor across executive-level engagements.
• Drive the expansion and scaling of a growing advisory practice.
• Bring structure, vision, and consulting leadership to complex client challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a senior consulting leader, ideally within data, analytics, or AI advisory.
• Deep understanding of customer data, identity resolution, data platforms, analytics, and AI applications.
• Demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
• Experience building, leading, and scaling advisory or professional services teams.
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to connect technical capability to measurable business value.
