General Liability Partner

Kelley Kronenberg is hiring a full-time General Liability Partner to lead and expand our General Liability Practice in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County. This is a partner-track opportunity for an experienced litigator ready to grow a practice in one of Florida's most active legal markets.

About This Position

We're strengthening our General Liability and Trucking litigation capabilities in West Palm Beach and seeking a partner-level attorney to spearhead this expansion. You'll take on significant client leadership, strategic decision-making, and practice development responsibilities while working alongside our established legal team. This full-time role offers the stability and resources of an established firm paired with the autonomy to shape how your practice develops.

Core Duties

• Handle complex General Liability and Trucking litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Represent clients in negotiations, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings
• Develop and manage client relationships, particularly those within your existing book of business
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals on case strategy and practice standards
• Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives
• Manage case workload while maintaining quality and client service standards

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in General Liability and/or Trucking litigation
• Established client relationships or book of business (preferred)
• Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Ability to manage complex cases and multiple deadlines
• Professional judgment, integrity, and commitment to client success
• Florida bar membership in good standing
