About the Role

As VP of Production, you'll direct end-to-end production management across multiple simultaneous projects. You'll drive operational excellence, manage significant budgets and resources, and establish production standards that define quality and efficiency across the organization. This strategic leadership position requires balancing creative ambition with operational discipline while mentoring high-performing production teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop production teams, creating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
• Oversee production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects deliver on schedule and within financial targets
• Direct production strategy and workflow optimization across the organization's content portfolio
• Partner with executive producers, studio leadership, and creative departments to execute projects from greenlight to final delivery
• Establish and maintain production standards, protocols, and best practices across all productions
• Stay current with production technology, industry innovations, and emerging techniques to maintain competitive advantage

What We're Looking For

• Extensive senior-level production management experience in film, television, or entertainment
• Proven success leading large production teams and managing complex, high-budget projects
