About the Role

The Director of Visuals, New Business plays a critical leadership role in shaping the visual identity and creative output of emerging business ventures. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive visual strategies that align with brand objectives and captivate audiences across multiple platforms and formats. This position requires both strategic vision and hands-on creative expertise to establish visual standards and drive innovation in how we present new content and services to the market.

What You'll Do

• Define and implement visual direction, brand guidelines, and creative standards for new business lines and initiatives
• Oversee the development of visual assets, including imagery, graphics, video content, and design systems that support business launches and growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, content, and technology to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
• Evaluate emerging visual trends and technologies to keep WBD competitive and innovative in the marketplace
• Manage creative workflows, timelines, and quality standards while mentoring and developing team members
• Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Ensure visual content meets brand standards across all touchpoints and audience segments

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in a director-level creative or visual role, preferably in media, entertainment, or technology
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual direction, brand strategy, and creative execution
• Deep knowledge of design principles, visual storytelling, and contemporary creative tools and platforms
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on creative capabilities
