Warner Bros. Discovery is hiring a full-time Manager, Product Design to lead design thinking across the products and platforms that connect our iconic stories with audiences everywhere. This US-based, on-site role sits at the intersection of craft, strategy, and the people who make great experiences happen.
About the Role
As Manager, Product Design at Warner Bros. Discovery, you will guide a team of designers while shaping the end-to-end experience of digital products that serve millions of fans. You'll balance hands-on design leadership with mentorship, partnering closely with product, engineering, and research to turn ambitious ideas into intuitive, polished interfaces. This is a US, in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of high craft and collaboration.
- Set the design direction for key product initiatives, from early concepts through final delivery.
- Champion user-centered methods, weaving research and customer insight into every decision.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to align design work with business goals and technical realities.
- Establish and maintain consistent design standards, patterns, and quality across experiences.
- Present design work and rationale clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product or UX design, including time spent leading or mentoring designers.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful, user-focused digital product work.
- Fluency in modern design tools and end-to-end product design processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Comfort balancing strategic direction with detailed, hands-on execution.
- Eligibility to work in the US in this full-time, on-site capacity.
