About the Role

As a Packer, you'll play a vital role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring that every product leaving our Goodyear plant meets Campbell's standards for quality and care. This is hands-on, production-focused work where your attention to detail directly impacts the products millions of families depend on every day.

What You'll Do

• Pack finished products into cases, cartons, or containers according to established specifications and quality standards
• Operate packing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet packaging requirements
• Stack, palletize, and prepare shipments for distribution
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with food safety and facility standards
• Work collaboratively with production team members to meet daily output targets
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly to supervisors

What We're Looking For

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Willingness to work on a second shift schedule
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior production or packing experience is a plus but not required
