About the Role
The Member Engagement Coordinator is essential to Montana Hospital Association's mission of supporting and connecting our member hospitals. You'll wear multiple hats—handling day-to-day administrative operations, planning member events, managing communications, and ensuring our members feel valued and supported. This is a hands-on position where no two days are exactly alike, and your work directly impacts member satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for member inquiries, questions, and concerns
- Organize and coordinate member events, meetings, and engagement activities throughout the year
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, calendar coordination, and documentation
- Develop and distribute member communications via email, newsletters, and other channels
- Maintain and update member records and databases to support operational efficiency
- Support membership programs and initiatives across the association
- Build and sustain strong relationships with member hospitals and key stakeholders
- Assist with planning and executing professional development opportunities for members
