Role Overview

As an Entry-Level Processing Operator, you'll help manufacture the exceptional food products that carry Campbell's name and brands in our portfolio. Working the 1st shift, you'll operate production equipment, maintain quality standards, and ensure each product meets our high expectations before it reaches customers' tables.

Core Duties

• Operate food production line machinery and equipment according to established procedures and specifications
• Monitor product quality and output consistency throughout your shift
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on in-process and finished products
• Maintain accurate production logs and record data as required
• Follow all food safety and facility safety protocols without exception
• Perform equipment cleaning and sanitation to maintain hygiene standards
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow efficiently
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report problems promptly

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Reliability and punctuality — we count on consistent attendance
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods during your shift
• Willingness to work 1st shift (early morning start times)
• Basic math skills helpful for recording measurements and production data
• Team player attitude and ability to communicate with colleagues and supervisors
