About the Role
As an Assembler Tech-Production on the AM Shift, you'll be a key member of our production team, contributing to the assembly and packaging of our food products. This is a full-time position where you'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring products meet our quality standards before they reach customers' tables.
What You'll Do
- Assemble product components and packages according to established specifications and quality standards
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the assembly process
- Follow detailed work procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work morning shift hours consistently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment operation
