About the Role
As Assistant General Manager for Social and Golf Experience, you'll partner with your General Manager to deliver exceptional hospitality across our sports bar, restaurant, and entertainment venue. You'll be responsible for day-to-day operational excellence, team leadership, and fostering the inclusive, community-focused culture that defines Five Iron Golf.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop team members to uphold our hospitality standards and service excellence
- Manage social and golf programming to engage customers and build community
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance
