What You'll Do
- Lead quality inspections, testing, and documentation at jobsites throughout the region
- Ensure full compliance with federal requirements including OSHA, FAA, building codes, and government standards
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to maintain consistent quality benchmarks
- Develop and implement quality control procedures aligned with project scope and federal mandates
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain detailed quality assurance records
- Travel regularly to support active projects across the southern United States
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success as a Quality Control Manager or quality assurance lead in federal or heavy construction
- Expert knowledge of federal construction compliance, building codes, and government quality standards
- Strong capabilities in inspections, testing, evaluation, and documentation
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and comfort with frequent travel
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience)
