What You'll Do
- Direct the design of complex electrical systems using industry-standard CAD tools and software
- Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation
- Ensure all designs comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to refine designs and solve technical challenges
- Mentor and supervise junior designers and technicians on your projects
- Contribute to process improvements and the development of design standards across Rosendin
What We're Looking For
- Extensive professional experience in electrical design or related discipline
- Expert proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms)
- Deep knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical design principles
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
