Caregivers – Part Time

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring Part-Time Caregivers to join our team in Chanute, Neosho County, Kansas. If you're compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping seniors maintain their dignity and independence at home, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to make a direct, meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and their families. As a Part-Time Caregiver with Phoenix Home Care and Hospice, you'll provide essential support that allows individuals to age with comfort and respect in their own homes.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and grooming support
• Offer warm, genuine companionship and emotional support
• Assist clients with everyday living activities
• Prepare nutritious meals and maintain clean kitchen spaces
• Support client mobility and provide safe ambulation assistance
• Complete light household maintenance including vacuuming, floor care, and dusting
• Help with laundry and clothing organization

What We're Looking For

• Genuine empathy and patience when working with older adults
• Physical ability to assist with daily activities and mobility
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to pass background screening
