About the Role

As an IH Caregiver with Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Neosho, you'll deliver hands-on, personalized in-home support that helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and engaged in their daily lives. This is a part-time position with openings available immediately for caring individuals ready to make a real difference in their community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and grooming routines
• Offer warm, friendly companionship throughout each visit
• Support everyday activities of daily living
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals, then tidy up afterward
• Help clients move safely with ambulatory and mobility support
• Keep the home clean by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and general housekeeping
• Manage laundry and other light household tasks

Qualifications

• Reliability, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to assist with mobility and physical caregiving tasks
• Comfort handling light housekeeping and meal preparation duties
