Provider Relations Manager I

Modivcare is hiring a full-time Provider Relations Manager I to join our team in Orange, Orange County. As a key member of our operations team, you'll build meaningful partnerships with our transportation provider network and drive positive outcomes across the medical mobility sector.

About the Role

As a Provider Relations Manager I, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships within our provider ecosystem. Your work directly impacts the quality of medical transportation services available to patients and the efficiency of our operations.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with transportation providers across your assigned geographic territory
• Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal departments to align provider capabilities with operational needs
• Manage communication between providers and cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, and customer service
• Monitor provider performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Engage with external resources and stakeholders to strengthen the provider network

• Proven experience in provider relations, partner management, or similar stakeholder-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and negotiate effectively
