About This Position

We're seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact between our service technicians and our valued customers. In this role, you'll diagnose vehicle concerns, present solutions clearly, and ensure every customer leaves our Twinsburg shop confident in their vehicle's condition and our service quality. You'll manage service schedules, coordinate with our technical team, and maintain detailed service records that keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and document service requests accurately
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle diagnostics and customer needs
• Coordinate with service technicians to prioritize work and communicate timelines to customers
• Prepare accurate estimates and invoices; explain service work in clear, customer-friendly language
• Build customer relationships that drive repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals
• Manage appointment scheduling and oversee service bay operations during business hours

• Proven experience as a service advisor, service writer, or similar customer-facing automotive role

Our Twinsburg service center operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, with Saturday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You'll work alongside experienced technicians and a supportive team committed to delivering excellent automotive care. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $85,000 annually, with performance-based opportunities to increase your earnings.
