About the Role
As a Maintenance Support Specialist, you will provide essential technical and administrative support to our maintenance teams. This position may be filled at either Level 1 or Level 2, with advancement based on your qualifications and demonstrated capabilities. You will work in a dynamic environment where precision, reliability, and safety are paramount.
What You'll Do
- Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and executing routine and preventive maintenance activities
- Support equipment inspections and document findings with accuracy and completeness
- Help maintain maintenance records, work orders, and compliance documentation
- Provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel on equipment operation and repair procedures
- Monitor equipment performance and alert supervisors to potential issues
- Ensure maintenance areas remain organized and tools are properly maintained
- Support safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
- Assist with training and onboarding of maintenance team members
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Technical training, trade certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in maintenance operations
