As a Part Time Customer Service Instant Return Representative at The Hertz Corporation, you're an integral part of our airport rental facility operations in the Los Ranchos area. You'll be the first point of contact for customers completing their vehicle returns, processing transactions, and representing Hertz's commitment to efficient, courteous service every single day.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and process vehicle returns with speed and accuracy
• Inspect returned vehicles for condition and document findings
• Complete rental agreements, paperwork, and digital documentation
• Answer customer questions and address any concerns professionally

• Maintain organized, clean facilities at the return location
