About the Role
As Sustainability Project Manager at PCL Construction, you'll champion sustainable practices and environmental responsibility across our project lifecycle. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll embed green building standards, resource efficiency, and environmental compliance into how we plan, build, and deliver work. Your expertise will shape how we approach construction sustainability in a growing, forward-thinking organization.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with project goals, regulatory requirements, and PCL values
- Lead coordination between teams on waste reduction, energy efficiency, and environmental best practices
- Track and report on sustainability metrics, certifications (LEED, green building standards), and environmental performance
- Support project teams in achieving sustainability targets and identifying cost-effective green solutions
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders on sustainable construction practices
- Stay current with emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and technologies in the construction industry
What We're Looking For
- Background in sustainability, environmental management, project management, or construction
