NA Sales Representative, HCM – Industrial Manufacturing and High-Tech industries

Oracle is hiring a North America Sales Representative focused on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to join our team in Pierre, Hughes County. In this full-time position, you'll drive sales of our enterprise HCM cloud platform to organizations in the industrial manufacturing and high-tech sectors, building strategic partnerships with C-suite decision makers and delivering measurable business impact.

About the Role

You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, bringing our comprehensive HCM cloud solutions to market while building deep relationships with Chief Human Resources Officers and senior HR leadership. This is a high-energy sales position within a collaborative environment where your ability to understand client challenges and articulate Oracle's capabilities directly influences revenue and customer success.

What You'll Do

• Position Oracle's HCM cloud platform to prospective clients in industrial manufacturing and high-tech industries
• Engage executive stakeholders, particularly CHROs, to understand their talent management, payroll, and workforce planning needs
• Articulate the value of Oracle's HCM solutions and translate business outcomes for technical and HR audiences alike
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, moving opportunities from discovery through close
• Partner with customer success and solution consulting teams to ensure client outcomes and satisfaction
• Stay current with HCM market trends, competitive positioning, and Oracle's product roadmap

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based solutions, ideally in HCM or related HR technology
• Ability to engage C-level and executive HR decision makers with confidence and strategic insight
• Deep understanding of human resources functions, pain points, and modern talent management practices
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Self-directed approach with a collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning
