What You'll Do

• Assess and monitor patient status in coordination with orthopedic surgical and clinical teams
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans aligned with clinical protocols and patient goals
• Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery timelines, and self-care requirements
• Coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, and transitions across care settings
• Document clinical findings and care activities in accordance with healthcare regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, therapists, and staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Follow up with patients post-discharge to assess recovery progress and address concerns
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and quality initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid RN license in Michigan
• Clinical nursing experience, preferably in orthopedics or surgical settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
