Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Amputee/General Rehab

Tenet Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical-surgical, amputee care, and general rehabilitation services team in Sterling Heights, Macomb County. What You'll Do

• Deliver direct patient care to individuals recovering from surgery, managing complex medical conditions, or undergoing rehabilitation
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and respond promptly to clinical changes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate evidence-based treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on recovery, self-care, and discharge planning
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation and medical records
• Support patient dignity and comfort throughout their healing journey

What We're Looking For

• Current RN licensure in Michigan with a valid, active license
• Demonstrated experience in medical-surgical nursing, acute care, or rehabilitation settings
• Ability to manage multiple patients with varying acuity levels
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards
• Willingness to collaborate within a team-oriented clinical environment
