What You'll Do

  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within HVAC/R contracting organizations and commercial facilities
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to uncover customer challenges in heating, cooling, and refrigeration applications
  • Design and propose customized programs and solutions tailored to each client's operational and financial objectives
  • Shepherd projects from conception through successful execution and delivery
  • Develop, implement, and refine strategic sales plans and account strategies for your territory
  • Generate detailed account performance analysis and annual business forecasts for management review
  • Expand account relationships while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B account management, technical sales, or business development within HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial markets
  • Proven ability to conduct consultative sales conversations and understand complex customer business needs
  • Experience developing sales strategies, managing forecasts, and leading account initiatives from planning through completion
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels
  • Knowledge of or experience with HVAC/R systems, contracting practices, or thermal management solutions is preferred
