About the Role
As a Certified Infant Teacher at our Westford center, you'll create a safe, developmentally rich environment that supports infants' growth across physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct, meaningful impact during one of the most formative periods of childhood.
What You'll Do
- Provide nurturing, responsive care that builds secure attachments and encourages trust
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences that promote sensory exploration and motor skill growth
- Maintain clean, safe, and stimulating learning environments that meet state licensing requirements
- Partner with families through regular communication about their infant's daily experiences, milestones, and developmental progress
- Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure consistent, coordinated care
- Support individual development plans and respond to each child's unique needs and learning pace
What We're Looking For
- Current infant care certification or equivalent early childhood education credential
- Genuine commitment to supporting infant development and early childhood learning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with families and team members
- Knowledge of health, safety, and developmental best practices for infants
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive, compassionate community of learners

Compensation & Schedule
