Overnight Loss Prevention/Concierge

About the Role

As our Overnight Loss Prevention/Concierge team member, you'll be the trusted point of contact for residences and guests during evening and overnight hours, delivering exceptional service while maintaining vigilant security protocols. You'll handle a variety of guest requests, coordinate arrangements, and monitor critical safety systems to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors.

What You'll Do

• Address residence owners' and guest inquiries regarding visitor information, special accommodations, and personalized services
• Coordinate transportation, accommodation reservations, and additional guest services such as dry cleaning arrangements
• Identify and connect guests with appropriate service providers to fulfill their specific requests
• Monitor closed-circuit television systems, perimeter alarm systems, and duress alarm networks throughout your shift
• Oversee fire safety and life safety systems, ensuring all equipment functions properly
• Manage property entrance locks and access control procedures as required by security protocols
• Maintain detailed records of overnight activities and any incidents requiring follow-up
• Provide a visible security presence and respond promptly to alerts or suspicious activity

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in concierge, guest services, or customer-facing hospitality roles
• Familiarity with security monitoring systems, alarm systems, and access control procedures
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to remain alert and responsive during overnight hours
• Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling sensitive guest and property matters
• Willingness to work full-time overnight shifts and occasional weekends as needed
• Valid government-issued identification and background clearance eligibility
