About the Role

The Patient Services Representative I-II – Float Pool position is a full-time opportunity with the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. This float pool role supports patient-centered care across multiple outpatient locations, allowing you to bring consistency, reliability, and a caring approach to diverse patient populations in Broomfield, Louisville, and Longmont while remaining based in Aurora, Arapahoe County.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients, manage check-in and registration, and verify insurance information with accuracy and empathy
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to optimize the patient experience and clinic efficiency
• Answer phone inquiries, respond to administrative requests, and direct patients with professionalism and care
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and institutional policies
• Support clinical and administrative teams across multiple outpatient locations as assigned
• Document patient interactions and maintain organized, accurate records
• Identify and address patient concerns, working collaboratively with the care team to enhance satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical terminology and healthcare experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for patient care
• Ability to work across multiple locations with flexibility and professionalism
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and general computer skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
