About the Role
Maison at Solivita Marketplace is a vibrant residential community in the Lake Buena Vista area. As our Maintenance Technician, you'll play an essential role in keeping the property safe, functional, and welcoming for our residents. What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on building systems, appliances, and common areas
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and address issues efficiently
- Inspect units and facilities to identify repair needs and safety concerns
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and work orders
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs
- Support move-in and move-out inspections and unit preparations
