Construction Project Manager II/III

FindTalent is looking for a full-time Construction Project Manager II/III to lead complex construction projects in Richmond, Richmond County. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring schedules are met, budgets are controlled, and quality standards exceed expectations.

This is a hands-on leadership position that drives the success of mid-to-large-scale construction initiatives. You'll manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining the highest standards for safety, quality, and compliance. Your expertise will be essential to delivering projects on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and budgets
• Supervise and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Manage stakeholder communication and address project concerns
• Track costs, change orders, and financial performance
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality reviews
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of construction project management experience at the II/III level
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Expert-level communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
