About the Role
As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal, you'll be the backbone of our litigation team, managing documents, coordinating discovery, and ensuring every case runs smoothly. You'll work directly with senior attorneys on business disputes, contract cases, and corporate litigation—the kind of work that requires precision, strategic thinking, and judgment. What You'll Do
- Prepare and organize discovery materials, including document review and database management
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
- Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
- Assist with trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit management
- Support depositions and legal proceedings as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Paralegal certification or equivalent practical experience in commercial or civil litigation
- Proficiency with legal research tools and litigation case management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
