We're looking for a proactive professional with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Commercial litigation background is strongly preferred, as is direct experience in insurance defense practice. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting attorneys on high-stakes cases, this role offers growth and meaningful legal work in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage case files, discovery documents, and litigation materials with precision and attention to detail
• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and court filings on tight deadlines
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Maintain calendars and track critical deadlines to ensure compliance
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, depositions, and case strategy discussions
• Support the day-to-day operations of the litigation practice

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on litigation experience
• Commercial litigation background preferred
• Prior insurance defense experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Proficiency in legal software and MS Office applications
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting
