About the Role
In this contract position, you'll work directly with one of our clients, handling a wide variety of legal drafting assignments across business law, transactional work, and estate planning. All work is completed remotely, giving you the flexibility of a part-time arrangement while contributing to meaningful legal projects.
What You'll Do
- Draft and revise commercial agreements and business transaction documents
- Prepare transactional materials across multiple business contexts
- Develop estate planning documentation and related legal materials
- Collaborate with clients and supervising counsel to refine documents for accuracy and compliance
- Apply Florida legal standards to all work product
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida bar license (required)
- Working knowledge of business transactions and commercial drafting
- Working knowledge of estate planning law and documentation
- Strong legal writing and analytical capabilities
- Self-directed work style suited to remote contract engagement
- Commitment to accuracy and professional legal standards
