About the Role

As an Associate Attorney with Denovo Review in Jacksonville, you will support an expanding Auto Negligence/SIU practice as a Defense Litigation Attorney. Working side by side with a seasoned Partner, you will own a portfolio of multifaceted litigation matters and contribute directly to how each case is built and resolved. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Duval County.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of intricate auto negligence and special investigations litigation files from intake through resolution.
• Collaborate closely with an experienced Partner to develop and execute effective litigation strategy.
• Represent and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process.
• Play an active role in shaping case approach, analysis, and decision-making within the SIU team.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney eligible to practice in Florida.
• Background or demonstrated interest in defense litigation, ideally within auto negligence or special investigations matters.
• Self-motivated, with the drive to manage complex cases independently while partnering with senior counsel.
• Strong analytical, writing, and client-representation skills suited to a litigation-focused practice.
