About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Workers Compensation Attorney position based in Woodside, Houston. You will manage matters through every phase of litigation, partnering closely with clients and colleagues at an award-winning firm built on results. Candidates who bring additional personal injury experience will stand out.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle workers' compensation cases across all stages of the litigation lifecycle
• Examine and evaluate claims files to build effective case strategies
• Review medical records to assess injuries, treatment, and case value
• Prepare and deliver clear status updates and reports to clients
• Conduct discovery, including requests, responses, and document analysis
• Draft, file, and argue motions as part of active motion practice
• Contribute to additional litigation tasks that move cases toward resolution

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney qualified to practice in Texas
• Background in workers' compensation litigation
• Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred
• Confidence managing claims review, discovery, and motion practice independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing reporting
• Ability to perform in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
