Position Summary
As an ESP Sales Supervisor, you'll oversee a dynamic sales team within a nationwide contact center environment. You'll drive team performance, coach salespeople to exceed goals, and contribute to the organization's customer acquisition and retention objectives while maintaining service quality standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Direct supervision and leadership of 15-20 sales professionals
- Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable to targets
- Motivate and develop salespeople to close deals and build customer relationships
- Monitor team metrics, analyze performance data, and implement coaching strategies
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned customer segments
- Collaborate with management to refine sales processes and improve conversion rates
- Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques
