About the Role
As a Real Estate Associate Attorney based in Jacksonville, Duval County, you will partner with our client — a prestigious full-service law firm — within its well-regarded Real Estate Practice Group. This on-site, full-time position places you alongside highly accomplished attorneys handling complex transactions in a genuinely collaborative environment. It is an outstanding opportunity for a driven lawyer eager to grow their real estate practice while working on meaningful, high-stakes deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a range of real estate transactions, supporting deals from initial structuring through closing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and related real estate instruments.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on intricate, high-value matters within the Real Estate Practice Group.
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, and help resolve transactional issues.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active admission to the Florida Bar, or eligibility to practice in Florida.
- Experience in real estate law, with exposure to commercial or residential transactions preferred.
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating transactional documents.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a team-based setting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication abilities.
