Traveling Construction Superintendent

This is a full-time position ideal for an experienced construction leader ready to manage complex jobsites, coordinate multiple teams, and drive projects to successful completion.

About the Role

As a Traveling Construction Superintendent with Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, you'll manage day-to-day field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects throughout the United States. Expect 90–100% travel nationwide as you oversee every phase of construction—from initial site mobilization through final project closeout. You'll be the primary leader on-site, responsible for maintaining safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring quality execution that meets client expectations.

What You'll Do

• Direct jobsite activities and supervise construction crews and trade partners
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance across all project phases
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage material deliveries, and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards against contract requirements
• Communicate progress updates to project management and client stakeholders
• Troubleshoot field challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and project documentation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or Field Superintendent on commercial projects
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and industry standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to travel 90–100% and relocate temporarily for project assignments
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training strongly preferred
