You'll work onsite in Getzville, NY, day shift, five days per week, collaborating directly with leadership, business teams, and communications professionals.
What You'll Do
- Design presentation decks and slide formats for C-suite executives, board meetings, and investor-facing communications
- Develop and maintain visual design systems aligned with corporate brand standards
- Transform complex financial data and business concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives
- Support multiple simultaneous presentation projects under tight deadlines
- Partner with business analysts, strategists, and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with presentation objectives
- Maintain consistency across large-scale presentation templates and branded materials
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint
- Proven experience designing presentations for executive, board, or senior leadership audiences
- Strong design fundamentals: typography, color, layout, information hierarchy, and visual communication
- Ability to synthesize requirements and translate complex information into visual solutions
- Detail-oriented approach with commitment to brand consistency and presentation polish
