Your role is to build genuine relationships with prospects, understand their unique circumstances, and present living options that enhance their quality of life. You'll transform initial inquiries into meaningful tours, guide decisions, and ultimately help residents and their families make the best choice for their future. This is meaningful work that directly impacts how seniors experience their later years.

Core Duties

• Meet with prospective residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences
• Conduct guided tours of independent living and assisted living communities
• Qualify leads from multiple marketing channels and follow up consistently
• Present community amenities, services, and pricing options
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through lease execution
• Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and sales pipeline activity
• Support occupancy goals and contribute to community growth targets
• Coordinate with operations and care teams to ensure smooth resident transitions

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse audiences
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfort using CRM software and standard business technology
• Professional presence and appearance
• Availability for full-time work, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
