Enterprise Sales

Securitas Technology is seeking an Enterprise Sales professional to join our team in Little Tucson, Pima County. This is a full-time position where you'll drive revenue growth by selling integrated security solutions to enterprise clients across diverse industries.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales specialist at Securitas Technology, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value sales opportunities with business clients. You'll engage decision-makers, understand their security challenges, and present tailored solutions that protect and optimize their operations. This role combines strategic relationship building with consultative sales techniques in a competitive marketplace.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new enterprise business within assigned territory or accounts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target organizations
• Conduct needs assessments and present customized security solutions aligned with client business objectives
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and pricing to enterprise prospects
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain detailed pipeline records and provide accurate sales forecasting using CRM systems
• Collaborate with technical teams to support client implementations and ongoing account management

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record selling enterprise solutions or complex B2B services
• Demonstrated ability to close large deals and manage long sales cycles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at executive levels
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
• Strong understanding of security solutions, technology services, or related industry space
• Self-motivated and results-driven with competitive sales instinct
• Willingness to travel within your territory as needed
