About the Role

What You'll Do

• Design and develop new products and product improvements using CAD and simulation tools
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure products meet performance specifications and safety standards
• Work with manufacturing and operations teams to optimize designs for cost and manufacturability
• Document technical specifications, test results, and design changes
• Troubleshoot product issues and implement corrective actions
• Support product launches and provide technical input to customers and sales teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency with CAD software and product design fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience with product testing, quality assurance, or manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing standards and best practices is valued
