About the Role
As Sr. Principal Associate for Analytical Quality Assurance - Foundry, you'll oversee analytical quality assessment and assurance activities for drug formulation development and manufacturing. You'll work at the intersection of science and operations, ensuring that every product meets the highest safety and efficacy standards before reaching patients.
What You'll Do
- Lead and direct analytical quality assurance strategies and protocols for foundry and formulation operations
- Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods for drug substance and product characterization
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to support regulatory submissions and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and Lilly's quality standards
- Mentor and guide junior team members in analytical techniques and quality best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing processes
- Review and approve analytical reports and quality documentation
What We're Looking For
- Advanced degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in analytical chemistry, quality assurance, or related pharmaceutical operations
- Deep expertise in analytical method development and validation
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical quality standards
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, highly regulated environment
