About the Role

As a Senior Principal Site Selection Manager, you'll operate at a strategic level within Oracle's global real estate and infrastructure organization. This full-time position focuses on identifying, evaluating, and securing optimal facility locations to support Oracle's expanding data center footprint. You'll combine analytical rigor with commercial acumen, managing relationships with landlords, operators, and internal stakeholders to execute deals that align with both business objectives and financial targets.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive market research and global analytics across targeted metros and regions to identify emerging site selection opportunities
• Develop and evaluate site selection candidates based on technical requirements, operational feasibility, and market conditions
• Establish competitive market rates for real estate and data center services across geographies
• Lead complex commercial negotiations with data center operators, landlords, and key stakeholders to secure favorable terms
• Construct, review, and negotiate Master Service Agreements, lease agreements, and associated legal documentation
• Analyze financial models and ROI projections to recommend and defend site selections to leadership

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in real estate site selection, data center operations, or corporate facilities management
• Proven track record negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing large-scale transactions
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in market research methodologies
• Expert-level knowledge of commercial lease structures, Master Service Agreements, and real estate legal documentation
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across technical, financial, and legal functions
• Strategic thinking and ability to balance competing priorities in a global, fast-paced environment
