Senior Scheduling Consultant

About the Role

As a Senior Scheduling Consultant at YA Group, you'll take ownership of complex construction scheduling initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence project success through expert planning, meticulous analysis, and clear communication with project teams and leadership.

What You'll Do

• Direct and manage all stages of construction planning and scheduling processes from project initiation through completion
• Conduct on-site assessments and inspections to monitor project advancement and identify scheduling impacts
• Review and analyze project documentation, records, and performance data to inform schedule updates
• Prepare detailed findings and reports on project status, risks, and timeline adjustments
• Maintain and revise project schedules based on field conditions, resource availability, and stakeholder requirements
• Work independently to solve scheduling challenges and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in construction scheduling, project planning, or related construction management discipline
• Proven ability to lead independent work and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
