About the Role
As a Senior Scheduling Consultant at YA Group, you will operate autonomously to plan, coordinate, and maintain construction schedules across a diverse portfolio of projects. The position blends hands-on field assessment with detailed document analysis, ensuring every schedule reflects the true state of progress on the ground. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, coordinate, and manage construction schedules for a range of active projects.
- Visit and inspect project sites to gauge progress and confirm work against planned milestones.
- Review and interpret project documents, records, and performance data.
- Communicate your findings clearly to stakeholders and project teams.
- Revise and update schedules to keep them accurate and aligned with on-site realities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience developing and managing construction project schedules.
- Strong ability to analyze project documentation and translate data into reliable timelines.
- Comfort working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for relaying findings to varied audiences.
- Willingness to travel to and inspect project sites within the US.
