What You'll Do

• Greet residents, families, and visitors with genuine warmth and helpfulness, setting the tone for our community
• Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, taking messages, and directing inquiries
• Coordinate scheduling across departments and maintain accurate calendars and records
• Prepare and maintain administrative documents, correspondence, and files
• Answer phones professionally and route calls to appropriate staff members
• Support event coordination and community activities
• Assist with data entry, filing, and general office organization
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure operational efficiency
