Merchandiser

SAS Retail Services is hiring a Merchandiser to support retail excellence across multiple store locations in and around Chambersburg, Franklin County. This is a full-time, field-based position where you'll drive the visual presentation and merchandising execution that keep our retail partners' shelves performing at their peak.

About the Role

As a Merchandiser in the Chambersburg area, you'll spend your time in stores implementing carefully crafted shelf layouts, executing product resets and new item introductions, and building eye-catching displays that highlight featured merchandise. Your daily responsibilities will include auditing shelf conditions, verifying proper stock levels, confirming signage accuracy, and ensuring shelves maintain consistent visual appeal across assigned locations. You'll work both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of planogram execution while staying connected to your merchandising team.

What You'll Do

• Travel to assigned retail stores to implement merchandising plans and maintain shelf standards
• Execute planograms with precision and build displays that maximize visibility and customer engagement
• Conduct store audits to verify inventory levels, signage placement, and overall shelf presentation
• Complete resets and new product sets according to company specifications
• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, clearly signed, and arranged for maximum impact
• Communicate status and concerns to the merchandising team and store management
