About the Role
As an over-the-road (OTR) company driver, you'll operate a dry van truck across interstate routes, covering approximately 2,000 miles per week on average. You'll transport freight safely and on schedule while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards. This role offers the stability of company-provided equipment and the earning potential to grow your income as you gain experience.
What You'll Do
- Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely across multi-state routes
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logbooks
- Deliver freight on time while adhering to DOT hours-of-service regulations
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
- Maintain a clean driving record and meet all safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- 1–5 months of verifiable professional driving experience
- Clean driving history and ability to pass background screening
- Reliable, safety-focused mindset and strong communication skills
- Willingness to commit to a 12-days-out/2-days-home schedule
